How we start and work together.

Fees depend on the scope, duration and team required. After an initial conversation and any necessary follow-up, we propose an approach, team structure and estimate.

Getting started
We start by listening.The initial consultation is a 60-minute online meeting, with no documents to prepare. We discuss your situation and goals, clarify the challenges and explore next steps together.
Contract
We generally work under a quasi-mandate agreement.Because we often join while requirements are still being defined, we generally use a quasi-mandate agreement (準委任). For development with a clearly defined scope, a contract for completion of the agreed work (請負) can also be discussed.
Team structure
A team built around your challenge.An FDE leads client collaboration and technical decisions, working with engineers who bring the expertise required. Roles and team size are based on the challenge and the agreed scope.
